At the beginning of each session you may choose to spend a little time in stillness and focus on your breathing in order to become settled and centered in the coaching session.
We will then work with what is arising for you in that moment.
I will choose whatever tools or processes that I think will most help you at that time.
At the end of each coaching session time will be allowed to review what we have done and decide on what you may agree to focus on before the next meeting.
